Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Divi WordPress Developer to join our web design and development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, customising and maintaining professional WordPress websites using the Divi Theme and Divi Builder.

You will work on new website projects, existing website improvements, responsive layouts, custom functionality, performance optimisation and ongoing website maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive WordPress websites using Divi Theme and Divi Builder.
  • Customise Divi layouts, modules, templates, headers, footers and other website elements.
  • Turn design concepts and layouts into fully functional WordPress websites.
  • Create mobile-friendly and cross-browser-compatible websites.
  • Customise WordPress themes and plugins when required.
  • Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP to make custom modifications.
  • Optimise websites for speed, performance, usability and SEO.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress, Divi, plugin and layout-related issues.
  • Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
  • Integrate third-party tools, forms, APIs and other website functionality when required.
  • Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, content writers and project managers.
  • Test websites before launch to ensure functionality, responsiveness and quality.
  • Follow WordPress and web development best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience with WordPress development.
  • Hands-on experience with Divi Theme and Divi Builder.
  • Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
  • Experience working with WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design.
  • Knowledge of website performance optimisation.
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving WordPress issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
